About Me
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice.
I served as the Counseling Supervisor at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and was the Executive Director of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Santa Clara County participating as a member of the Executive Committee for the Association of United Way Agencies.
I've provided counseling and consulting in community based organizations and corporations for two decades both as a therapist and as an Executive Coach.
As a leader in the community, I am a graduate of Community Leadership San Jose, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.
I'm married and have three children with my oldest two being twins. I served on the board of Parents of Multiples Organization and was a frequent speaker at the National Convention helping new moms of multiples adjust to motherhood and marital transitions. I'm passionate about family life and couple relationships and am committed to building healthy individuals, healthy couples, healthy families, and healthy communities.
